Turpaz Industries has acquired Belgian sweet flavours manufacturer Doucy for $8.5 million.
The deal includes the acquisition of Doucy’s production facility in Fernelmont, Belgium, which also houses the company’s development and application laboratories.
Doucy, founded in 1968, develops and produces sweet flavours for food and beverages, as well as colours and additives for animal feed industry. The company reported sales of $5 million in 2024, with profitability in line with Turpaz’s Taste division.
The acquisition is said to strengthen Turpaz’s presence in Western Europe and expands its sweet-flavours portfolio.

The deal was financed through bank funding and is expected to have an immediate positive impact on Turpaz’s financial performance.
