Tesco has unveiled several new additions to its Christmas range this year, including two new ‘Chef’s Collection’ dishes.
The Chef’s Collection range was designed by Tesco’s expert chefs and includes brand-new meal centrepieces such as the Squash, Apple & Sage Stuffed Pork Noisette, and the vegetarian-friendly Winter Vegetable & Three Cheese Pastry Pithivier, containing seasonal root vegetables and a herb and ricotta melt served with a fresh salsa verde.
Also new for 2024 is the slow-cured Tesco Finest Shropshire Black Bone-In Ham Joint, Tesco Finest Crackling Pork Hog Roast with Stuffing, and Tesco Finest Slow Cooked Turkey with All the Trimmings – an ‘all-in-one’ Christmas dinner for four, featuring turkey breast, pork and shallot stuffing, goose-fat potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, Brussels sprouts with bacon, pigs in blankets, turkey gravy and a sloe gin sauce.
Additionally, a new plant-based option – the Tesco Plant Chef No Turkey Crown – caters to the meat-free demand, aiming to deliver all the flavours of a classic turkey while made with 100% vegan ingredients.
